PUMPT 24/7 is an all-inclusive gym space located in Rockingham WA. With an epic team of coaches and crew, we offer 24/7 access for members, one-on-one PT sessions, online coaching via PUMPT Online, team training classes, have a staffed creche, Recovery Cave including Sauna & Ice Bath and specialise in bodybuilding comp prep.

Gym Memberships
Join our 24/7 training facility for:
General $17 p/week
FIFO/Navy $12 p/week
Concession $15 p/week
Casual gym pass = $20
Gym membership includes 24 hour access, recovery cave (sauna & ice bath), Normatech Compression boots, massage chair, kitchenette & shower facilities.
Nutrition Plans
With a vast amount of accolades between them (both on and off the stage), our coaching team are available to help you achieve your fitness, nutrition and/or bodybuilding goals.
PUMPT Nutrition plans are also available for a one-off $80 fee which includes a breakdown of your macros/calories, recipes & Evolt360 Body Scan.
One-On-One PT Sessions
We offer 1-on-1 PT sessions focused on you and your goals, run by our coaches, Braden, Anita, Gemma, Brooke & Chico.

PUMPT Online
PUMPT Online Coaching
Perfect for those who are either FIFO or lead busy lives where you can’t always make it into the gym, our online coaching is a great way to keep you accountable during your health and fitness journey.
Between them, Ryan and Agi specialise in Body & Mindset Transformation, Natural Bodybuilding Coaching, ICN Posing Coaching and Sports & Lifestyle Nutrition.
Offering fully catered training programs complete with macro calculations, meal plans and regular check-ins - our coaches are sure to help you GET THAT.
